Penguins love Candy

Happy Holidays
This is going to be my final post for a while.
I'm taking a break to spend time with family.
So I'm going out with a bang using Whimsy Stamps

Other Whimsy products used:

I've colored Penguin Candy Cane up with copics and cut him with a rectangle die set.
Using two pieces of the Christmas Red, Gold and Green Papers, I've created a background frame.
With the Shaker Maker Banner Die Set, I've made a ribbon tail for my sentiment.

Hopping for World Card Making Day

World Card Making Day!!Image may contain: text

World Cardmaking Day is a day dedicated to celebrating the art of handmade cards;
whether made with construction paper and crayons or with more sophisticated supplies.
As we crafters can all agree, a store-bought card, while nice, just can’t replace
the personal and thoughtful nature of one made by hand.
Today, the Whimsy Design Teams are honoring this craft with two hops;
one here and another on Instagram.
For each hop Whimsy is giving away a $25 gift certificate to the store.
To increase your chances of winning, be sure to leave a comment
on each stop of the hop.
All comments must be left by midnight EST on Saturday, October 12th.
One winner will be randomly-chosen from each hop, and the winners will be
announced on the Whimsy blog on Sunday, October 13th.

You've hopped by here via Deb Routledge..

My creation today is featuring Vampire Henry

I've colored him up with copic and cut out his frame using a rectangle die.
I've placed him vertically on a horizontal card to create a pop up effect

Next up is Hesters Kaarten

A cinnamon Witch

I love Halloween and dress up each year with my kiddos.
They're old enough now they don't let me theme the family anymore but we still have loads of fun.

So I really loved the adorable Halloween digis that have come out from Whimsy Stamps
This month I'm using the most adorable image called

Witch Cinnamon was colored up with copics and a simple distressed CAS.
Easy, quick and super cute.

See you in a couple days for some more excitement.

Steampunk Lylah

I'm on a steampunk roll.
This is Steampunk Lylah from Whimsy Stamps.

Steampunk Lylah was colored up with copics. She was cut out with a rectangle die and applied to a steampunk background. I then fussy cut out some elements to add to the theme. A little ribbon for sweetness and she's good to go.
