I'm here with my LDRS Creative inspiration today.

Creative Basics Picnic Quilt Embossing Folder was used on White Shimmer Sheetz creating this gorgeous reflection of color.

This little Candibean cutie called Blossom Girls is just one of four images you'll recieve in this set.
She's such a joy to color.

Tons of I am Roses blooms and a quick strip of sequined ribbon creates a quilt, elegant card.

Harvest Wreath

Starting on those Christmas Cards..
Using:
DoveArt Studios Harvest Wreath
Creative Basics Basic Stitched Flag
Creative Basics Quilt Embossing Folders

I love that when images have such a diverse use.
This one is perfect for sympathy, Autumn, Christmas and more.
I colored this up with my copics, then cut out the image using the large die in
I cut out the image frame using the half die; running it through one way,
then flipping and running it back through.
After cutting it out, I wanted some dimension,
so I used the Quilt Embossing Folder and attach the image
I then adhere my background papers and run my half die through; creating the pop up.
Attach the image piece and half way there.
using the Basic Stitched Flag I cut out a piece with the smallest size.
I stamped a sentiment carefully using a Misti, to get it precise..
I added a few I am Roses blooms but something was missing.
Ah Ha!! Using the button and sets tag, It was ready to go.

copics used:
grapes: BV08, 04, 02
holly berries: R39,35,32
raspberries: RV69, 66, 63, 02
leaves: G29, 17, YG03, YR27

Get your Quirky on

It's all about Bloobel Stamps this weekend over at Passionate Paper Creations and Friends Facebook Group!  We have a fun coloring contest and games with chances to win Gift Certificates to Bloobel Stamps Store! These are some of the funnest images to color and giggle over!

If you have any sense of humor you will have so much fun this weekend!

__________

I will proudly admit, I'm a horse of a different color. I like different.
I don't want to do the same thing someone else has done.
So, when I first saw Bloobel images, you know I loved them.

And when I found out, this weekend Paper Passionate and Friends is partying along with Lisa;
The Creator of Bloobel images; I was like, OHHHHH YEAHHHHH!!!

It's going to be tons of fun so you HAVE to stop by.

I took Lisa's awesome images and just went wild.
I've never done wrinkles or color a skin tone a different color.
Both a huge challenge and pushed my comfort zone way over.
But I am thrilled with the results.

Easy Candle Gift Set; All Dressed Up

I'm here today with some LDRS Creative inspiration
Using:
All Dressed Up Love that Dress
Dotted Wing Die Set

If you watched our HSN showcase, this Tea light card might look familiar.
Here's the story of how it came to be.

While waiting on dies to ship to the team, I was playing with ideas for this image.
 Angie suggested paper piecing.
We tried a few prints before settling on the dotted print and shiny vellum bow.
Using clear embossing powder on the fresh ink lines;
gave the dress more dimension and movement.
I then fussy cut out the dress.
Cutting the extra vellum bow added even more demension.
The dropdown butterflies from the Dotted Wings Die Set; gave it the perfect embellishment.
Then I loaded her down with tons of gorgeous flowers and berries.
I fussy cut out the little pieces and scattered them about the box.
Then added some yummy lavender candles to match her colors.

She turned out so sophisticated and super quick to make.

Copics Used:
Skin: E04, 11, 21, 00, 000, RV10
E29, 34, Y21

Here's a video of how I made my tealight card
There's also tons of still tutorials out there if that's your preference.

Big Hugs,
Dorinda
