Spiders Falling Down

Happy Halloween.

Oh wait....we aren't there yet.

I'm just hungry :O

Today, I've used some of the super fun and latest release pieces from Whimsy Stamps.

Items Used:
New Halloweeners Clear Stamps Set
Halloween Creatures Stencil
Hand Stitched Nested Rectangle Dies

This set of New Halloweeners Clear Stamps set is so cool. On this card, I've only used one of the many characters available to play with. Plus there are super spooky perfect sentiments and elements.
My background is from Halloween Creatures Stencil. Who doens't want creepy spiders falling from the sky? Bahahaha!!!

I've cut all layers out using Hand Stitched Nested Rectangle Dies.

Spooky Halloweeners

Day 2 of Whimsy Stamps Release!!!
I know, exciting!!

For today's card, I've used:

This set, Halloweeners was so much fun to play with. I stamped my pieces and fussy cut them out after coloring them with copics.
The I took a 6x6 sheet of purple cardstock and Galaxy Galore background stamped with glue. Then dusted it with microfine glitter. LOVE the effect!!
My little spooklies needed some ground to cover so I took the Stitched Border Die Trio, using the curved pieces and three coordinating colors of brown. (for depth lol) and popped my little people in.
I really love Halloween. You can tell right?

I've Caught a Clown In My Web

Happy September.

it's the first of the month and release time at Whimsy Stamps.

I am superrrrr excited about my project today.
Reason one: clowns creep me out in a bad like I can't look at Ronald McDonald way and I colored a clown.
Reason two: these clowns are so flippin' amazing, I COLORED A CLOWN

With that said: Clown warning!!!
If you do NOT like clowns, Do Not Look!!!

I honest to goodness pulled up penny wise from It to reference.
He wasn't that bad lol. Not that I've conquered that fear but I psyched myself up for it.

I masked him off with copic masking film. If you haven't tried it, I love it.
I had a hate hate relationship with fluid mask so normally I'd just double stamps and fussy cut.  Then you have under-spray etc. The film it fantastic. But  I digress.
Next I stamped off the Web background and using purples and grey copics, I began to weave my web.
Finally, with Tsukineko embossing pen I went over the white line and dusted them with ranger holographic embossing powder

I hope you love my card today, I'm still so proud of me haha.
